Edwin Rodriguez brings extensive soccer coaching experience from Colombia and the United States, with a strong focus on developing young players in both recreational and competitive environments. His coaching background includes work with programs in Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, and the Royal Palm Beach Strikers travel program.

Coaching Experience and Qualifications:

Edwin holds a U.S. Soccer D License and earned his Grassroots 9v9 Coaching License through the Florida Youth Soccer Association in 2024. He has served as head coach for recreational teams in Palm Beach Gardens at the U8 and U9 levels, and later coached U10 recreational teams in Wellington during the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

He has also contributed to the Royal Palm Beach Strikers travel program as an assistant coach with the U12 team in 2023 and the U13 team in 2024.

Beyond coaching, Edwin remains an active player in local soccer leagues, which helps him stay connected to the game and bring a practical understanding of soccer to his players. His coaching approach emphasizes player development, sportsmanship, confidence, and creating a supportive environment where young athletes can learn, grow, and develop a lasting love for the game.
