Luis is an experienced and dedicated youth coach with a diverse athletic background across multiple sports. His well-rounded experience gives him a dynamic perspective on player development and allows him to connect with young athletes in a meaningful way.

He began his coaching journey within the Strikers recreational program, serving as an assistant coach for two years. During that time, Luis built a strong foundation in mentoring players, supporting team development, and helping young athletes understand the importance of effort, teamwork, and discipline.

Coaching Experience and Qualifications:

Luis later advanced into the competitive program, continuing his development as a coach and expanding his tactical knowledge of the game. He holds U.S. Soccer Grassroots coaching licenses in 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11, reflecting his commitment to continued education and best coaching practices.

Luis’s coaching approach focuses on skill development, game understanding, confidence, and long-term growth. Driven by a genuine passion for youth development, he takes pride in watching players improve year after year and remains committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential within the RPB Strikers program.
