Caitlin brings a strong athletic background and valuable coaching experience to the RPB Strikers program. She began playing soccer at the age of four before transitioning into gymnastics, which she pursued until the age of twelve. From there, Caitlin became a three-sport athlete, competing in soccer, softball, and volleyball throughout her youth and high school years.

During high school, she was recruited for all three sports and ultimately earned a soccer scholarship to continue her playing career at Ave Maria University.

Coaching Experience:

Caitlin has coached both boys and girls varsity soccer programs at Glades Day School for four years. She also brings five years of middle school coaching experience, including four years at Wellington Landings Middle School and one year at Western Pines Middle School.

Her background as a multi-sport athlete and coach gives her a well-rounded approach to player development. Caitlin understands the importance of discipline, teamwork, confidence, and athletic growth, and she is committed to helping young players improve both on and off the field
