The purpose of the Royal Palm Beach Strikers Travel Program is to provide a program that affords opportunities for maximum skill development and the challenge of playing at a higher level of competition.

Royal Palm Beach Strikers teams will be established to provide an opportunity for players who desire more advanced play and have an appropriate level of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

It is the aim of all Royal Palm Beach Strikers competitive teams to meet the developmental needs of a competitive player, taking into account a player’s physical, mental, and social growth and developmental needs as well as player/parent commitment.

The Royal Palm Beach Strikers will support the formation of at least one boy’s and girl’s teams at all age levels provided there is a qualified coach and the appropriate number of qualified players.

Each team will play in leagues at the age division as determined and approved by the Director of Coaching.  It is the individual player (and their parents) and coach's responsibility to do what is best for that player's development under the guidance of the Director of Coaching. 

​Royal Palm Beach Strikers teams participate in various leagues across South Florida and the State of Florida: National League N1, ECNL-R, Florida Regional League (FRL - FSPL/Sunshine), Elite Development Program (EDP), The Florida League (TFL) and the South Florida United Youth Soccer Association (SFUYSA).

Players and parents must make a commitment to the team and to the club. A player’s commitment includes attending practices, scrimmages, and all scheduled games. It will also include going to tournaments. Parents are expected to support their children in those endeavors.

Playing time shall be earned based on merit, commitment, and attendance as determined by the competitive team's coaching staff.

All players, 12 years old and above, are encouraged to attend the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Programs (ODP).  Numerous RPB players have been selected to State, Regional & U.S. National team pools through these programs.

We are incredibly proud to share that our RPB Strikers 2011 Black have earned a place in the National League Premier 1 – Sunshine Division, the highest level of competition in the state for their age group.

What makes this achievement truly remarkable is the journey behind it:

🔹 This team was not built overnight. The core of the group—eight players—began together at U9 in our Recreational Development Program.
🔹 Year after year, they’ve grown together through every challenge, every loss, and every win—shaped by shared values of effort, discipline, and unity.

This progress would not have been possible without the long-term vision and leadership of Mal Hasan, our Director of Coaching (DOC). His commitment to development pathways and his belief in building from within laid the foundation for this team’s journey. His trust in the process—and in Coach Diego Cappella to lead this group since U9—has allowed a generation of players to grow within a consistent and supportive environment.

Today, these boys take their place among Florida’s elite—not because they were selected from the best, but because they became the best through commitment, patience, and development.
